We ship products across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location by our logistics partners. For certain
large products, remote locations, or bulk orders, delivery feasibility and timelines may vary and will be confirmed during order processing.
3. Order processing and dispatch
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation or as per agreed commercial terms for institutional, distributor, or bulk orders.
- Dispatch timelines vary depending on product category, stock availability, customization requirements, and production schedules.
- For customized, branded, engraved, special packaging, bulk gifting, or made-to-order orders, dispatch timelines will be
shared separately based on the confirmed scope.
4. Estimated delivery timelines
Delivery timelines displayed on the website or shared by the team are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on factors including courier network capacity, distance, weather conditions, local restrictions, and unforeseen delays.
5. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during checkout, quotation, or order confirmation. Charges may vary based on product size, weight, packaging requirements, delivery location, and delivery mode.
6. Shipment tracking
Where tracking is available, shipment details will be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or order communication. Tracking updates are provided by logistics partners and may have delays in refresh depending on their systems.
7. Delivery and handover
Delivery is completed when the package is handed over to the customer or an authorised recipient at the shipping address provided. For bulk or institutional deliveries, handover may be completed at the designated receiving point as per prior coordination.
8. Transit damage or missing items
- If the package appears tampered or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording the concern with the delivery personnel wherever feasible, and capturing photos before opening.
- Any transit damage, missing items, or wrong item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unpacking video where possible. Claims raised after this period may not be
accepted.
9. Packaging
We use reasonable packaging methods to protect products during transit. Packaging type may vary by product category and shipping conditions. For fragile or premium gifting products such as Solar Diya, packaging is designed to reduce transit risk; however, careful handling at delivery is still important.
10. Delays and force majeure
Solar Basket Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including courier disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, regulatory restrictions, network issues, or unforeseen logistics constraints.
11. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping costs may be applicable for re-dispatch.
12. Large products and special handling
For large products or project-based deliveries such as solar dryers, solar trees, solar benches, and certain institutional
deployments, dispatch mode, unloading requirements, and handling responsibilities may be defined in the quotation or project agreement.
