All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

For bulk orders or custom items, shipping timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

We currently ship:

  • Selected International locations

International shipping availability may vary depending on logistics and customs regulations.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on product size, weight, and delivery location.
Typical domestic shipping charges:

  • ₹50 – ₹300

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • India: 3 – 10 business days after dispatch
  • International: Varies by country and courier service

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared through email or SMS.

6. Return Policy

Solar Basket accepts returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is incorrect or not as described

Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact us via email with your Order ID
  2. Provide details of the issue and photos of the product
  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions

The product must be returned in proper packaging.
Customers must share the courier tracking number once the product is shipped back.

8. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or installed
  • The product has been physically damaged due to misuse
  • The product has been modified or altered
  • Damage occurred due to incorrect installation

9. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Returned product is verified as defective or damaged
  • Replacement product is unavailable
  • Order is cancelled before shipment

Refunds will be processed within:

  • 7 working days after approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they are still in the following status:

  • Pending
  • Payment Verification

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

11. Payment Gateway Charges

In certain cases, payment gateway charges (up to 5.5%) may be deducted from the refund amount, as these fees are charged by payment processors.

Solar Basket reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after verification.
